Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies but I aim to despatch within 24hrs of receiving your order.  Orders are fulfilled and sent Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday. Orders must be received by 1pm to be processed on that day.

Back ordered items or items temporarily out of stock will be shipped separately when available. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to e-mail us on [email protected]

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: 2-3 business days

North America: 6-9 business days

Europe: 5-7 business days

Australia: 7-10 business days

I’ll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Customs and import taxes:  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays or charges due to customs.

Delivery Prices: vary and are listed at checkout.  For UK we have a flat rate of £5

 

Returns & exchanges

Customer service is of premier importance to us at Cut Couture. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority.

We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within:  6 hours of purchase to avoid shipment & therefore return postage costs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original, new and unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

New and unused means there are no marks on the item and the item has been returned to us in its saleable condition. Cut Couture will only accept returns for un-used kits and not accept returns for any non-faulty items or after construction has been started or for part/fully completed kits. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received faulty or with parts missing, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.

Cut Couture will be happy to refund you the amount that you paid for the item but will not refund you the postage of those items to or from our offices. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. Any items returned from a delivery address outside of the UK will incur any taxes, import duties or shipping charges that apply.

Please note, Gift Returns can only be exchanged for a Cut Couture credit note
